1. Eligibility

– Available only on standard size mattresses purchased via the official website (www.dreamzee.in).
– Custom sizes are not covered under this protection plan.
– Valid for one return per household per calendar year.
– Plan must be opted in at the time of purchase by paying an additional 10% fee on mattress value.
– Applicable to mattresses only. Accessories (pillows, toppers, protectors, bedsheets, etc.) are not included.

2. Trial Period

– Coverage is valid for 50 days from the date of delivery.
– We recommend trying the mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust.
– You can initiate a return request anytime between Day 31 and Day 50.

3. Return Process

– To request a return, email us at [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp (92206 59898).
– Our team will arrange free reverse pickup within 7 working days.
– Mattress must be in good, donatable condition (no stains, tears, odors, or damage).
– Once inspected and approved, a full refund of the mattress price (excluding the insurance fee) will be processed within 7 working days.

4. Not Covered / Exclusions

– Returns are not accepted if:
– Wrong size was ordered by the customer.
– Mattress shows signs of damage, stains, or misuse.
– The mattress was purchased from a marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) or offline retailer.
– The protection plan was not purchased at the time of order.
– Custom-size mattresses are excluded from the trial and return.

5. Proof & Documentation

– Customers must provide photographic proof of the mattress at the time of the return request.
– The original packaging (or adequate packaging for pickup) and invoice are required.

6. Cancellations & Final Authority

– Orders cancelled after dispatch will incur logistics charges, deducted from the refund.
– Dreamzee reserves the right to deny or cancel any return if the mattress fails the eligibility criteria.
– In case of dispute, jurisdiction will lie in Delhi.
