Payments

Payments for Dreamzee products are made on the website. We accept all the major bank credit/debit cards. You can also pay through Internet banking, Paytm and UPI Payments. EMI offers are applicable only with the limited banks which have tie ups with our payment gatewaye. All the dreamzee orders are make to order product so we take full payment before taking your product in production

Product Availability

In case of unavailability of one or more dreamzee products customer will be notified by Email or telephone and will be fully refunded

Warranty Instructions

  • Warranty is limited to sagging of the mattress and does not cover fabric damages such as tears, stains, colour fading, bleeding, soil or burns. The Warranty is limited to sagging, crumbling and natural disintegration of only the core and not to the cover under normal conditions of domestic use.
  • Warranty does not cover depression of less than 20% and the actual time required for replacement will depend on the availability of the product. In case of replacement warranty, if identical product is not available at the time of product service, Dreamzee reserves the right to substitute the product with an equal or higher price product or at our option provide a refund
  • If one of you pair mattress has sagged, only the sagged mattress will be replaced.
  • Items and damages not specifically listed in the warranty coverage section below will not qualify for the warranty benefits.
  • Warranty valid only if dimensional alternation is done and not if the construction of core is altered.
  • The company’s decision on the nature of the defects and applicability on the Warranty well be final.
  • The product features, specifications and warranty terms are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The transportation cost towards replacement has to be borne by the customer. In case of far – flung areas, the cost incurred towards complaint attendance is also to be borne by the customer.
  • Dimensional Tolerance : Length or Width +/-12mm.
  • Disputes regarding warranty if any are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi.

Important Warranty Information

  • Please note that initially when you use your mattress, there may be a slight depression as the mattress conforms to your body shape. this is normal and in no way will reduce the comfort level.
  • The product ( only fabric ) may slightly differ from what shown in picture depending upon its availability.
  • In case of replacement, warranty on the replaced mattress will only be for the balance month of original warranty of the previous mattress.

  • If the identical product is not available at the time of service, Dreamzee reserves the right to:
    • Replace with an equal or higher-value product, OR
    • Provide a refund as per prorated price
  • Warranty on replaced mattresses will be valid only for the remaining duration of the original warranty.
  • Company’s decision regarding the defect and warranty claim shall be final and
  • Product features, specifications, and warranty terms are subject to change without prior notice.

  • A slight initial depression as the mattress conforms to your body shape is normal and not a defect.
  • Mattress fabric and design may vary slightly from images due to availability but this does not affect performance or comfort.
  • Warranty claims require proof of purchase (invoice copy).

Step-by-Step Warranty Claim Process

To make your warranty claim simple and hassle-free, please follow these steps:

Step 1 – Keep Your Proof of Purchase

Keep your invoice/receipt safely as it is required to validate the warranty.

Step 2 – Identify the Issue

Check if the problem is covered under warranty (sagging, crumbling, core disintegration). Minor fabric issues or small body impressions are not covered.

Step 3 – Document the Issue

 

Take clear photos/videos showing the defect (e.g., sagging depth with a measuring scale).

Step 4 – Submit Your Claim

  • Invoice copy
  • Photos/Videos of the defect
  • Your contact details & delivery address

Step 5 – Inspection & Approval

Our team will review the claim and confirm if it falls under warranty coverage.

Step 6 – Repair/Replacement Process

  • If approved within Full Warranty period → Repair/Replace at no
  • If approved within Prorated Warranty period → Repair/Replace at prorated
  • If the same product is not available → We will provide an equal/higher-value product or refund as per prorated policy.

Step 7 – Delivery of Replacement

The replacement mattress will be arranged after processing time, subject to stock availability.
