Return & Refund Policy
All the Dreamzee products are make to order products on which cancellation/return/refund/replacement are not allowed. Products are covered under manufacturing warranty for the specific time period. In case if you received a damaged, defective or wrong product you need to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Kindly contact Dreamzee customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 9999760720,9999760305. You need to share the images of the damaged, defective or wrong product received with your Order ID, Name and delivery address. Our team will check and revert you ASAP. In this case free replacement would be done within 2-3 weeks subject to assessment of the complaint.
Note - In case customer refuse to accept the delivery or request to cancel the order due to any reason then 25% debit will be applicable on the order value. Any kind of refund or replacement on customized size mattress is not applicable.
